- Jurisdiction: If arbitration is unavailable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:
