- Purpose: Keeps you signed in after you log in.

- Purpose: Keeps a broker's referral code when you arrive through a referral link, so the broker can be credited if you sign up.

- Bot check on the sign-up page (Cloudflare Turnstile)

- Purpose: Checks that a person, not a bot, is creating an account.
- Applies to: Sign-up page
- Staff tools
- Provider: Chinh Phong (browser storage)
- Purpose: Keeps unsaved drafts and the last search on staff-only pages.
- Applies to: Signed-in staff pages only
Anonymous visit count, without cookies
- PostHog page view count
- Provider: PostHog
- Purpose: Counts page views anonymously so we know how many people visit. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
- Applies to: Public pages, when you have not allowed analytics
Analytics, only with your consent
- PostHog analytics cookie and browser storage (ph_*_posthog)
- Provider: PostHog
- Purpose: Stores a random ID and records page views and clicks so we can understand how visitors use the Site.
- Applies to: Public pages, after you allow analytics
- Lasts: up to 1 year, or until you withdraw consent (we then delete it)
- PostHog analytics choice in browser storage (
__ph_opt_in_out_<key>)- Provider: PostHog
- Purpose: Records inside PostHog whether analytics are on or off, so PostHog follows your choice. It holds no ID and nothing about you.
- Applies to: Public pages, after you allow analytics
- Lasts: while analytics are allowed; after you withdraw consent, it is deleted the next time you open a page on the Site
Performance measurement
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Real User Monitoring) beacon
- Provider: Cloudflare
- Purpose: Sends page load and performance measurements to help monitor the Site's operation. It sets no cookies.
- Applies to: Public pages served through Cloudflare
Third-party content
- Google Maps embed
- Provider: Google
- Purpose: Displays an interactive map of the Group's location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Applies to: Contact page
- Map tiles
- Provider: Esri
- Purpose: Displays the base map on the deals map. It sets no cookies, but Esri receives your IP address.
- Applies to: Deals map
Managing Cookies and Similar Technologies
Use the choice box above to allow or decline analytics. Your browser or device settings also let you view, delete, or block cookies and browser storage for the Site. Blocking the cookies needed for the Site to work may stop sign-in from working. Blocking third-party content may prevent the Google Maps embed from displaying.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website, technology, or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its date. When the policy changes, we ask for your analytics choice again.
Language
This policy is provided in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
